二极管是一种十分常见的半导体器件,其对整个电子行业的发展起着至关重要的作用。二极管的参数准确与否直接关系着整个电路系统的性能,因此,对二极管的参数测试十分有必要。目前市场上对二极管参数测试的仪器较少,且性能参差不齐。对基于STM32的新型二极管测试参数仪进行性能分析,将其测试结果与传统伏安法测试结果对比,结果显示新型二极管参数测试仪能对二极管的参数测量有着很高的准确度。该新型二极管参数测试仪有广阔的应用前景。
