The relationship between childhood trauma and health risk behavior in rural orphans: mediating effect of cognitive emotion regulation

目的探讨农村孤儿的健康危险行为状况及其与童年期创伤、认知情绪调节的关系。方法采用青少年健康相关危险行为问卷（AHRBI）、儿童期创伤问卷（CTQ）和认知情绪调节问卷中文版（CERQ-C）对56名农村中学在校孤儿和56名农村中学在校非孤儿进行了调查。结果（1）孤儿在AHRBI的攻击暴力行为、违纪违法行为、自杀自残行为、吸烟酗酒行为、健康妥协行为、无保护的性行为等6个因子上得分[（1.67±0.64）分、（1.63±0. 58）分、（1.53±0.67）分、（1.75±0.98）分、（2.33±0.59）分、（1.28±0.40）分]高于非孤儿[（1.44±0.36）分、（1.40±0.29）分、（1. 31±0. 36）分、（1. 38±0.48）分、（2....

Objective To explore the status of health risk behaviors and its relationships with child-hood trauma and cognitive emotion regulation in rural orphans.
