2008年初,我国南方发生了近50年来最大的冰灾,给各行各业造成了严重的影响.尤其是林业损失最为惨重.因此,科学评价林业冰冻灾情,探讨灾情的形成机理并寻求林业防灾减灾对策具有重要意义.以重灾区的湖南省为例,通过多种方法进行分析研究,结果得出:湖南省林业受灾面积广,直接经济损失大,外来物种损毁严重,人工纯林受损突出,南部林业损失重干北部.这是由于冰冻强度大、低山与弱风以及林业系统不同程度的脆弱性共同作用的结果,为此要通过调整林业结构、发展林业灾害保险来提高林业系统的抗灾能力.

In the early of 2008, the largest fiozen disaster happened in southern China which never had 50 years.It has caused serious implications on all walks of life ,and particularly the most serious forest loss. So it is great significance to assess scientifically forestry loss caused by frozen disaster and to study the formation mechanism of the disaster and to seek for measures of disaster prevention and mitigation on forestry.
