通过溶液培养试验,研究了宽叶香蒲(Typha latifolia L.)和黄菖蒲(Iris pseudacorus L.)两种湿地植物根表铁膜对不同磷水平的响应以及其影响磷利用的情况。结果表明:在低磷(3.1 mg/L)和高磷(77.5 mg/L)两个水平下,宽叶香蒲根表铁膜量与Fe2+浓度的关系能很好地拟合成对数方程,而黄菖蒲则拟合成抛物线方程。在低磷和高磷两个水平下,宽叶香蒲根表铁膜对磷的吸附量与根表铁膜量存在较好的线性相关,其相关系数分别为0.776*和0.861*;而黄菖蒲根表吸附磷与根表铁膜量的相关系数分别为0.659和0.655,其相关性并未达到显著水平。宽叶香蒲根表铁膜量较低的处理(10、20 mg/kg)的地上部磷含量高于对照,而铁膜量...

In order to investigate iron plaque on the response of different levels of phosphorus and its effect on phosphorus utilization, broad-leaf cattail （Typha latifolia L.） and yellow flag （Iris pseudacoru, s L.） were planted in the solution culture experiments.
