基于中国流动人口动态监测数据,考虑数据分层聚类性和幸福感排序性,采用分层排序模型研究流动人口主观幸福感。从个体特征和社区特征层面分析各因素对流动人口幸福感的影响,并从收入视角分析流动人口幸福感的异质性。研究发现：流动人口主观幸福感总体不高,幸福感随着收入的提高而提升,且收入对幸福感的边际效用递减,但在极高收入阶层中,收入提高对幸福感的提升作用不显著;幸福感的影响因素在不同收入阶层之间具有一定差异性。

Based on the dynamic monitoring data of floating population in China,considering the hierarchical clustering of data and the ranking of well-being,the hierarchical ranking model is used to study the subjective well-being of floating population.
