结合长期负责实施师范生顶岗实习试点工作的经验,分析了师范生顶岗实习指导的意义和存在的主要问题,提出了对师范生顶岗实习工作需构建UGS指导共同体,并从制度制定,指导方法选取及过程监控等方面促使指导落实.
