随着社会经济的发展,培养具备实践能力和创新精神的应用型人才成为地方本科院校教育改革的方向。文章首先分析了高校应用型人才培养所存在社会适应性弱化、同质化及人才培养措施不力等问题,在借鉴和学习国外应用型本科教育课程理念基础上,指出了地方本科院校课程改革的方向。

With the development of the economy and society, educating practical talents with practical ability and creative spirits is the direction of education reform of local universities.
