普惠性幼儿园的建设是教育政策的一项重大创新，表征着我国学前教育又一个春天的来临。调查发现，普惠性幼儿园建设过程中存在着一定的缺陷与不足，具体表现为：评定标准不明确，教育效率不高；融资渠道单一，单纯依靠政府经费支持；师资力量薄弱，权益保障体系不完善；管理机制不完善，教师工作积极性有待提高。针对普惠性幼儿园现存的问题提出几点建议：一是明确评定标准，提高教育质量；二是拓宽融资渠道，获得社会力量的扶持；三是严格教师准入，保障教师权益；四是科学规范管理，提高管理效率。
