当前我国正处于转型时期,社会、经济等都处于高速发展变化中,体育的发展理念和发展模式也将逐步重新定位。研究旨在厘清"体育公共服务"、"体育电子政务"两个概念的内涵与外延,并从转变理念、大力宣传、消除"信息孤岛"和"数字鸿沟"、网络平台建设、立法五个方面来探讨行政部门的体育电子政务建设。行政部门建设好体育电子政务能更好地为公众提供体育公共服务,加快我国体育发展转型的步伐。

With the rapid development of the society and economy in period of China society transition, sports development concept and mode of development will be gradually relocated.
