This paper chooses 20 university basketball players as the research objects,and makes a test for both control and experiment group.After 8 weeks of experiment,the core strength of the two groups of athletes are improved,but the experimental group increase more than the control group;the experimental group of jump shot, the control group and the experimental group,the rate of improvement of hit rate is higher than that of the control group.The results show that the combination of traditional strength and core strength training method is conducive to improving the strength and stability of the c...
