发展高水平教师教育、振兴乡村教育，是我国教育改革的主要方向。目前，我国高等师范院校和乡村学校在发展需求、师范生培养、师资培训等方面存在一些亟须解决的问题。改变地方高等师范院校使命感不强和乡村教育边缘化的现状，需要对地方高等师范院校和乡村学校协同发展进行顶层设计“。地方性”是地方高等师范院校的突出特点，地方高等师范院校要对乡村教师专业发展担起重任。完善地方高等师范院校与乡村学校“双向渗透”协同育人机制，需要进一步加强师范生的职业认同感，提高顶岗实习的实效，切实推进“双地”合作“、双师”指导制度。
