职务犯罪侦查权应当具备独立性和权威性,才能保障侦查活动的顺利进行.在我国检察机关现行领导体制下,检察权缺乏独立性和权威性,检察机关在职务犯罪侦查中常常受到阻碍和干涉,因而困难重重.我国应当建立检察机关垂直领导体制,使检察权具备独立性和权威性,以保障职务犯罪侦查活动的顺利进行,遏制职务犯罪的蔓延.

The investigation power of crimes of duty abuse shall possess the characteristics of independence and authority, which ensures the smooth operation of investigation activity. Under the current leading system in China, the procuratorial organ lacks of independence and authority.
