在高职院校及涉外企业开展调查研究发现,目前高职国际商法课程存在课程调研形式化、课程定位模糊化、课程目标抽象化、课程内容理论化、课程设计空泛化、课程实施本本化与课程评价单一化等问题.高职国际商法课程应以涉外岗位职业标准为基础,进行系统的课程开发,实施理实一体化教学.
