The voltammetric behavior of uric acid on the short carboxyl multi-wall carbon nanotubes-modified carbon paste electrode was studied.The results showed that in a medium of 0.20 mol/L phosphate buffer with a pH of 5.79,the modified electrodes possessed good electro-catalytic activity towards uric acid.The linear relationship between the peak current and the uric acid concentration was found in the range of 7.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-5 mol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.996.The detection limit was found to be 1.0×10^-9 mol/L(S/N=3).The propos...
