全球范围内高等教育治理在发展中推陈出新,形成了“学术共同体”模式、“受托人”模式、“利益相关者”模式和“合作网络”模式。高等教育治理模式与一个国家的政治、经济、文化相关联,微观的高等教育治理模式深受宏观模式的影响,通过对英、法、俄、美等国高等教育治理模式的比较,能够展现各国高等教育的权力结构和资源体系。全球化背景下,各种高等教育治理模式呈现一体化发展的趋势。在借鉴国外经验的同时,我国高等教育的治理变革还需立足中国国情,做本土化的改造,走一条不同于西方国家的道路。
