应变能力是口译译员专业素质的重要方面之一,译员应该有很好的应变能力,否则难以胜任工作。良好的应变能力不仅跟个人日常的反应灵敏程度相关,更多是由口译译员在日常学习和工作中的积累决定的。应用型本科口译人才的培养应该尽可能靠近专业译员,因此,在本科口译教学中教师应从多方面着手对学生应变能力进行培养和提高。

The reaction capacity is one of the important aspects of human interpreter professional quality, the interpreter should have good strain capacity, otherwise difficult to do work.
