本文以问卷调查的形式，调查了时间管理策略在普通高校大学生自主学习中的应用情况。结果显示：普通高校大学生时间管理能力和自主学习能力普遍低下。作者认为大学生首先要了解相关理论，增强时间管理意识，明确自主学习目标并制定计划；学会分清事情的轻重缓急，关注并寻找自己的学习效率曲线。与此同时，还要学会科学扩充时间容量，战胜拖拉。只有这样才能提高自主学习的效率。

This paper investigates the application of time management strategies in autonomous learning of college students in the form of questionnaire survey.Results show that:college students time management ability and autonomous learning ability is generally low.The author believes that students must understand the relevant theory first,enhance consciousness of time management,clear learning goals and develop a plan,learn to distinguish what the priorities and pay close attention to and find their learning efficiency curve.In this at the same time,we must learn the scientific time capacity expansion...
