校园欺凌侵害未成年学生的人身权、受教育权,扰乱学校的教学生活秩序。从增强学校、学生法律意识,构建防治校园暴力的预防机制与快速处理机制,未成年人违法犯罪多元化惩戒矫治机制,被侵害学生心理干预机制等方面提出解决问题的办法。
