教师在教学管理过程中变相体罚学生的现象屡禁不止,已严重损害学生的身心健康。从教育管理实践出发,厘清变相体罚的基本含义、表现形式与相关概念的区别,进而探讨法律责任,让规制变相体罚有法可依,这对减少变相体罚现象的发生有重要价值。
