从政策工具视角来研究明代管理思想,这是传统管理思想研究中别开生面的。作者在考察明代经济、政治与管理思想之关系的基础上,以现代政府管理理论为指导,从政府管制、协调、服务三个政策工具层面,研究明代政府管理思想的内涵与特质、优点与不足,并梳理其发展脉络,成为迄今为止国内学术界第一部专门研究明代管理思想史的著作。

The study of the management thoughts in the Ming dynasty from the perspective of policy tool is a new way in academic circles.
