The chemical reaction in liquor results in the nonlinear index of refraction which modulates the nonlinear expansion of He-Ne laser transmission light field in space. The speckling deviation angle of equation can be obtained theoretically and the tangent of the characteristic curve of the light field can be obtained with the help of optoelectronic detector and optoelectronic Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
