Water Poverty Investigation of Rural Community in Hilly Area of Southern China -- Take Lizi Village of Hengyang County,Hunan Province as an Example

近年来,水科学领域兴起了一种综合评价水资源短缺的新视角和新方法———水贫困理论。根据牛津大学的水贫困评价指标框架,结合我国南方丘陵区农村地区的水资源特点,从水贫困评价指标体系的5个方面选择有代表性的指标数据,并运用实地调查和访谈等方法对湖南省衡阳县礼梓村的水贫困程度进行定性评价。结果表明,衡阳县礼梓村因供水设施不完善、用水效率低下、水环境遭受破坏等原因存在轻度水贫困现象,因此综合考虑经济、社会等因素影响下的我国南方农村地区仍然存在不同程度的水贫困现象。

In recent years, the field of water sciences raised a new method and new perspective of the comprehensive evaluation of water shortage which was called water poverty theory. According to water poverty index framework of Oxford University and Chinese hilly area of southern rural water resources characteristics, this paper selected some representative data from 5 aspects of the water poverty index evaluation system to evaluate the water poverty degree of Hengyang County Lizi village by using field survey and interview methods.
