选取社会经济发展、水环境影响因素和水环境效益变量,拟合、对比分析了湖南1998—2012年各变量数据,以探寻湖南社会经济发展与水污染的关系。结果表明,近年湖南社会经济发展与水污染存在不同程度的相关性,以三次函数、二次函数相关性最为明显,且两者不存在EKC曲线。随着湖南社会经济加速发展,废水排放对水污染影响日渐凸显,但省内整体水环境效益日趋提高。因此,提出优化调整省内经济结构、引进开发新技术、普及环保知识、落实环保政策等措施,以促进湖南经济社会可持续发展。

In order to explore the relationship of Hunan social economic development and water pollution,this paper selected the social and economic development,influence factors of water environment and water environmental benefits as analysis variables from the angle of wastewater discharge. And then,it studied relationship of Hunan social economic development and water pollution from 1998 to 2012 through curve fitting and comparative analysis among variables.
