Metal dual-atom nanozymes (DAzymes) with two sites commonly offer more advantages over single-atom nanozymes (SAzymes) in terms of electronic structure modification and synergy. However, the design of DAzymes remains challenging. Herein, we present a novel ion-imprinting strategy for preparing an axially coordinated Fe-Fe DAzyme (CNBFe-3-800) with an unreported configuration of Fe(2)N(6)B(2) active sites on a N,B-doped carbon support.
