BaMoO_4: Eu~(3+)发光材料的制备及光谱特性研究

摘要:
利用高温固相法制备了BaM004: Eu件发光材料, 采用X射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱仪对样品进行测试. 结果表明, 在800℃时得到9aM004纯相, 属四方晶系. 激发光谱由一个宽带和处在350 nm后的若干个线状谱组成, 宽带归属于Eu~(3+)-O_2-电荷迁移吸收带(CT), 线状谱属于Eu~(3+)的f-f激发跃迁吸收. 发射光谱由~5 D_o--~7F_1(591 nm), ~5 D_o-~7F_2(615 nm), ~5 D_o-~7F_3(654 nm)和~5 D_o--~7F_4(702 nm)四组峰组成, 其红光~5 D_o--~7 F_2辐射跃迁发射最强, 对应Eu~(3+)的电偶极跃迁

The BaMoO4:Eu3+ phosphors were synthesized by solid-state method and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and photoluminescence spectra. XRD analysis confirmed the formation of BaMoO4 at 800 degrees C and exhibited a tetragonal crystal structure. The excitation spectrum of samples showed one broad band and some peaks located behind 350 nm. The former was attributed to the charge transfer transition of Eu3+-O(2-), while the latter belonged to the f-f transitions of Eu3+ ions.
