中国于1994年开始实行社会体育指导员制度,相对于日本起步较晚,且在发展过程中存在许多问题,而日本已经形成了一套比较完善、系统的社会体育指导员制度。运用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法,阐述中日社会体育指导员的现状,对中日两国的社会体育指导员队伍、建章立制及培训方面进行比较分析,总结出我国社会体育指导员较之日本发展缓慢、制度立法相对落后、培训方式内容单一、方式不合理等问题。针对我国在社会体育指导员制度上存在的问题,并借鉴日本的相关发展经验,提出建设一支多元化社会体育指导员队伍、建立适合我国国情的社会体育指导员制度、加大对我国社会体育指导员培训的力度、构建我国社...
