连锁经营将以其独特的魅力成为21世纪零售业态的主流.近几年来,我国连锁经营的发展也十分迅速.刚刚起步的衡阳商业连锁经营不仅存在我国连锁企业的一般共性问题,且存在自身特有的不足.以超前意识和战略眼光,加快商业企业体制创新,推进企业连锁经营,提高连锁企业人员素质,增加资金和技术投入,规范管理,乃衡阳商业变革之关键.
