基于"脱钩"、"复钩"理论对湖南水资源利用与经济发展的关系进行测度,从总用水量与经济增长、工业用水量与工业经济增长、农业用水量与农业经济增长以及生活用水量与城镇化率四个方面对湖南2000—2010年水资源利用与经济社会发展关系进行综合分析。结果表明,湖南经济社会发展与水资源利用关系处于相对理想状态。其中,农业用水量与农业经济增长关系最理想,有6个年份达到绝对脱钩状态;总用水量与经济增长次之,有5个年份达到绝对脱钩状态;工业用水量与经济增长关系、生活用水量与城镇化率关系呈相对不理想状态,在生活用水量评价中有5个年份达到扩张复钩状态。在各评价结果中"脱钩"与"复钩"交替出现,...
