为了探索衡阳市东洲岛丝瓜上根结发生严重的原因,该文从作物连作、多年田间发病情况、病原物、病原物表面及土壤优势真菌种类及其对根结线虫作用等方面进行了调查和研究。结果表明:该岛上多年大面积连续种植丝瓜,丝瓜根结发病率和发病程度均逐年增加,病原经形态学鉴定为南方根结线虫,感染根结线虫的丝瓜病根及其根际土壤中的优势真菌为同一种镰刀菌（Fusarium sp.）,该菌对根结线虫的卵无寄生作用,且对孵化有一定的促进效果。本研究对分析东洲岛根结线虫病发生严重的原因提供了一定的科学依据。

In order to find out the reasons of the serious root-knot nematode disease occurred in Dongzhou Island of Hengyang city,the experiment was carried out to investigate continuous cropping,field incidence,pathogen,advantage fungi in the body of nematode and soil and its effect on the pathogen of root-knot nematodes.The results showed that the towel gourd was con-tinuous planted in large areas in the island for many years and the incidence and degree of the disease are increasing year by year.The disease pathogen was identified as Meloidogyne incognita by the morphological characteristics of perin...
