学校教育以教师为主导,以学生为主体,学校教育能否取得成功,一定意义上说责任在教师,因为教师是教育的实施者、组织者和引导者。教师的天职是教书育人,教书也好,育人也好,是教师与学生的双边过程,因此,如何建立良好的师生关系尤为重要,好的师生关系是搞好教书育人的关键。而建立良好师生关系的关键在于教师要有爱心,全心身关爱学生。因此,没有爱就没有教育。教师关爱学生要做到"五爱",即"均"爱、"抬"爱、"心"爱、"情"爱、"痛"爱。
