中国现代转型时期的小说,个人时间叙事大致会依次出现"立""破""重组"三种叙述模式。个人时间的"立"是指个人从传统的专制的无时间中解放出来,获得个人时间;个人时间的"破"是指个人获得个人时间之后,人对个人时间的调配有了"自决"权,会重新调配人参与群体（历史）与个体（私下）的时间,人的个人时间就分裂为个人公共时间和个人自由时间;个人时间的"重组"是指随着时代的不断变化,小说家对小说人物的生活时间也会注意到"分配、调整"。从晚清到五四,一些具有现代特征的小说对个人时间的书写有很大变化,大致沿着从"新国民"到"新人"、从"个人公共时间"叙事到"个人自由时间"叙事转变。

In the Chinese novels in the modern transition period, the personal narrative will generally appear three kinds of narrative patterns of “stand up”,“split up” and “reconstruction” in turn.
