师范类独立学院《教育政策与法规》课程的教学效果直接影响了"准教师"的教育政策法律素养。要提高教师培养质量,就要立足独立学院人才培养目标、教师专业标准、教师教育课程标准、教师资格考试目标这四个定位,改革该课程教学内容、方法和评价,提高人才培养的质量,提升乡村教师的教育政策法律素养。
