"国培计划"开展以来,地方师范院校逐渐形成了教师职前培养和职后培训一体化模式。但参训学员在培训过程中所出现的问题说明了一些地方师范院校在一体化教师队伍建设方面存在教师数量不多、专业发展水平不高等问题。因此,地方师范院校应从办学指导思想和制度层面上加强一体化教师队伍建设:牢固树立教师教育一体化的办学理念;改变教师评价与职称评定机制,探索教师分类管理培养目标,根据教师不同的成长阶段制订教师的培养计划;将教学型和"双师型"教师作为一体化教师专业发展的培养重点。
