Weighted Evaluation Algorithm for the Degree of Achievement of Curriculum Objectives under the Concept of Normal Professional Certification

师范专业认证的基本理念是“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”,要求定期评价和监测学生的课程目标达成度,并据此持续改进以不断提高教学质量。但是,目前还没有课程目标达成度评价的统一方法和标准。本文基于认证理念和相应的底线思维,首先提出了一个合理的达成期望值估算方法,然后从定量和定性两个维度构建课程目标达成度的加权评价算法。实例计算结果表明:新算法既能有效区分“假性达成”现象,又能较好地贯彻“学生中心”理念。
