思政课教师队伍一体化建设是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措，是促进思政课内涵式发展的关键抓手，是推动思政课一体化建设的根本保障。当前，思政课教师队伍一体化建设还存在诸多弊端：教师配置“数量不足”“质量不高”，一体化培训“不到位”，一体化源头培养“打折”，一体化沟通渠道不畅，一体化教学内生动力不足等。要想解决这些问题，亟需健全思政课教师队伍一体化建设制度，加强对存量思政课教师的一体化培训，重视对增量思政课教师的一体化培养，激发思政课教师自身一体化成长的内生动力等。
