劳动教育融入大中小学思政课是新时代培育社会主义建设者和接班人的内在要求，是破解新时代五育“缺劳”难题的有效途径，是树牢马克思主义劳动价值观的关键环节，是新时代“大思政课”建设的应有之义。但在教学实践中，劳动教育融入思政课却遭遇认知、教学、评价、实践等诸多困境，需通过多维路径来破解：凝聚共识，激活教育主体的内生动力，抓住融入的关键点；深耕教材，找准教学内容的基本规定，把握融入的切入点；创新方式，突出教学设计的一体化，抓牢融入的着力点；健全评价机制，强化教学评价的一体多维，夯实融入的落脚点；加强实践，促进劳动教育的知行合一，拓展融入的支撑点。
