On Current Situation,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Infiltration of Core Competency Concepts in Pre-service Teacher Education

目前,核心素养理念在职前教师教育中的渗透主要存在以下问题:在人才培养方案中体现不够,在高师课堂教学中体现不充分,在高师第二课堂中渗透较少,此外,师范生对核心素养理念缺乏深入的理解.这些问题产生的原因有:高等教育与基础教育对接不畅、职前教师教育人才培养方案落实不够、职前教师教育课程实施变革不多、职前教师教育学习评价的革新不足等四个方面.针对以上问题产生的原因,可以采取的应对性策略主要有:变革U-S联动的中小学教师培养体制、产出导向的高师人才培养方案、思维导向的高师课堂教学、过程导向的高师学生学习评价等.
