随着社会经济的发展,房地产逐渐成为一大热门行业,房地产管理和优化也成为当今学者广泛研究的课题。该研究针对目前房地产管理滞后等问题,以大庆市为例,提出建立基于"数字房产"的现代化房产测绘和管理系统,将GIS技术与房产测量、管理相联系。该系统实现了房产自动标注,自动生成房屋分层分户平面图;同时系统设计了多级分摊方式,对公用面积进行智能化分摊。GIS、MIS、CAD一体化,实现了基础房产信息的高效管理和动态更新。
