摘要:
Along with the constant evolution of the world economy, the global economic crisis which was following the United States sub-prime loans crisis has entered "post crisis era". However, it is still not resolved that this crisis has highlighted the problem of abnormal inner structure of clusters enterprise value chain in our country, and some developmental obstacles coexist in the cluster enterprises. This article addresses the realities of the "post crisis era" with value network and Grid as the starting points and puts forward a symbiotic path of cluster enterprises value chain, and then provides a theoretical basis for the decision about the symbiosis.

摘要:
The continued combination of economic globalization and information technology has made the value chain of local industrial clusters be "fragmented" for the global value chains. The "fragmentation" has aggravated the contradiction of "heterogeneous resource" and "inadequate resources" among node enterprises in the value chain. The first and second-generation Internet are difficult to solve the full sharing problem among different heterogeneous enterprise resources from the technical aspects; while the emergence of the grid called the third generation Internet and business use make matters easier. Based on the model of resource discovery of grid, this paper, which takes advantage of the grid, puts forward the symbiotic mode of "Value chain fragmented" wide-area resources of cluster enterprises, thus provides the theoretical support and decision-making guide for cluster enterprises to make decision of a symbiotic wide-area resources.
