摘要:
In this work, a new type of fluorescent probe for detection of doxorubicin has been constructed by the combined use of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) technology and molecular imprinting technique (MIT). Using doxorubicin as the template, the molecularly imprinted polymer thin layer was fabricated on the surfaces of carbon dot (CD) modified silica by sol-gel polymerization. The excitation energy of the fluorescent donor (CDs) could be transferred to the fluorescent acceptor (doxorubicin). The FRET based fluorescent probe demonstrated high sensitivity and selectivity for doxorubicin. The detection limit was 13.8 nM. The fluorescent probe was successfully applied for detecting doxorubicin in doxorubicin-spiked plasmas with a recovery of 96.8-103.8%. a relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.3-2.8%. The strategy for construction of FRET-based molecularly imprinted materials developed in this work is very promising for analytical applications. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
制备了四氧化三铁纳米粒子功能化石墨烯复合膜修饰玻碳电极,用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法研究香草醛在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,以及支持电解质、富集电位、富集时间、扫描速率等对香草醛伏安响应的影响.实验发现,四氧化三铁纳米粒子功能化石墨烯修饰电极测定香草醛具有较高的灵敏度和选择性.在0.1 mol·L-1 HCl溶液中,香草醛在约936 mV(vs.SCE) 处产生一灵敏的氧化峰.与未修饰的玻碳电极相比,峰电位负移,峰电流显著增加,说明该修饰电极对香草醛的电化学响应具有很好的催化增敏作用.利用二阶导数线性扫描伏安法进行定量分析,峰电流与香草醛的浓度在1.0×10-7 mol·L-1~1.0×10-5 mol·L-1和1.0×10-5 mol·L-1~1.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为6.0×10-8 mol·L-1.

摘要:
Developing inexpensive and advanced bifunctional electrocatalysts as substitutes for commercial precious metal-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is of tremendous expectancy for rechargeable metal-air batteries. Herein, we demonstrate a rational wet-chemical route to fabricate a novel LaCoO3/N-doped reduced graphene oxide (LaCoO3/N-rGO) nanohybrid with improved performances as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for ORR and OER. The as-synthesized LaCoO3/N-rGO affords overwhelmingly superior ORR and OER electrocatalytic properties in comparison with LaCoO3, N-rGO and LaCoO3/reduced graphene oxide (LaCoO3/rGO). As compared with the most acknowledgedly efficient Pt-based bifunctional eletrocatalysts, e.g. 20 wt% Pt/C, LaCoO3/N-rGO displays a far higher OER activity associated with remarkably enhanced ORR and OER durabilities. Moreover, LaCoO3/N-rGO holds a better durability and a more rapid OER rate than those of the benchmark OER electrocatalyst RuO2. The improved ORR and OER electrocatalytic performances for LaCoO3/N-rGO stem from the diminished size of LaCoO3 on rGO, reinforced synergistic effect between LaCoO3 and rGO, efficient N doping, and significantly low ohmic and kinetic impedances. This design strategy can be extended to construct composites of other perovskite-type oxides and carbonaceous materials, thereby providing the foundation for the developments of bifunctional eletrocatalysts in the rechargeable metal−air batteries.

摘要:
Benzo[1,2-b;4,5-bʹ]dithiophene have been used as bridge ligand to build up binuclear iron ethynylene complex 1 and ruthenuim vinylene complex 2, and their electronic and optical properties were investigated by electrochemistry, IR and UV–vis–NIR spectroelectrochemistry and theoretical calculations. These properties of two complexes 1 and 2, for comparison, of the previously reported ruthenium ethynylene complex 3 was analyzed. Complexes 1–3 exhibit obvious different redox characteristics. The highest anodic potentials and the largest ΔE value were found in ruthenium vinylene complex 2. IR spectroelcetrochemistry results show that two intense ν(C≡C) bands of monocation 1<sup>+</sup>feature more larger ν(C≡C) separation (73 cm<sup>−1</sup>) than that of 3<sup>+</sup>(36 cm<sup>−1</sup>), and ν(C≡O) band in 2 exhibit little changes upon electrolytic experiments. The NIR broad absorptions of different strength and energy were found in singly-oxidized 1<sup>+</sup>-3<sup>+</sup>, which may be assigned to MLCT and proved further by DFT-TDDFT calculations. Similar to 3<sup>+</sup>, different conformations from the relative position difference between metal terminal groups and bridge ligands may be attributable to broad NIR absorptions of 1<sup>+</sup>. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Tailored designs/fabrications of hierarchical porous advanced electrode materials are of great importance for developing high-performance electrochemical sensors. Herein, we demonstrate a simple and low-cost in situ chemical approach for the facile synthesis of MnO<inf>2</inf>-embedded hierarchical porous carbon microspheres (MnO<inf>2</inf>/CM). By the characterizations of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction and energy dispersive spectroscopy, we evidenced that the synthesized product were flower-like carbon microspheres (CM) assembled by the bent flakes with thickness of about several nanometers and MnO<inf>2</inf>nanorods were highly dispersed and successfully decorated on the CM layers, resulting in a rough surface and three-dimensional microstructure. The greatest benefit from the combined porous CM with MnO<inf>2</inf>nanorods is that the MnO<inf>2</inf>/CM modified electrode has the synergetic catalysis effect on the electro-oxidation of caffeic acid, leading to the remarkable increase in the electron transfer rate and significant decrease in the over-potential for the caffeic acid oxidation in contrast to the bare electrode and CM modified electrode. This implies that the prepared MnO<inf>2</inf>/CM can be employed as an enhanced electrocatalyst for the sensitive detection of caffeic acid. Under the optimum conditions, the anodic peak current of caffeic acid is linear with its concentration in the range of 0.01–15.00 μmol L<sup>−1</sup>, and a detection limit of 2.7 nmol L<sup>−1</sup>is achieved based on S/N = 3. The developed sensor shows good selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility, and also excellent recovery in the detections of real samples, revealing the promising practicality of the sensor for the caffeic acid detection.<br/> ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
We designed and synthesized a novel Cu2OTiO2/g-C3N4 ternary heterostructure nanohybrid, which is a universal and specific visible-light-responding photocatalyst for instantaneous discolorations of organic dyes. Employing this said nanohybrid, rhodamine B, methylene blue and methyl orange can be fully discolored within 3, 10 and 15 min in the presence of H2O2 under visible-light irradiation, respectively. 摘要:
In this work, a simple, low-cost and eco-friendly strategy for fabricating the three-dimensional porous nitrogen-doped graphene (3D-N-GN) is demonstrated by combining the hydrothermal assembly and freeze-drying process without using any framework support. The desired features for 3D-N-GN, such as rich macroporosity, nitrogen-doping structure and high active surface area have been confirmed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and electrochemical techniques, respectively. In comparison with two-dimensional graphene (2D-GN) and nitrogen-doped graphene (2D-N-GN), 3D-N-GN makes a more negative shift in the oxidation peak potential of adenine together with a remarkable increase in the oxidation peak current, highlighting the importance of the nitrogen-doping and 3D construction of the graphene-based support for improving the electrocatalytic performance. It also indicates that 3D-N-GN can be used as an efficient electrocatalyst for adenine sensing. Furthermore, the sensing conditions are optimized and the resulting sensor displays excellent analytical performance in the detection of adenine at low concentrations ranging from 0.02 to 1.20 μM, with a detection limit of 8 nM. Finally, this proposed method not only exhibits preferable reproducibility, stability and adequate sensitivity, but also demonstrates good efficiency in the detection of adenine in biological fluids. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.

摘要:
Fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have attracted increasing attentions in recent years due to their high selectivity and sensitivity for target molecules. In this study, two cholic acid imprinted fluorescent polymers, i.e., MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>, were prepared using 4-dimethylamino-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>1</inf>) and 4-piperazinyl-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>2</inf>) as the fluorescent functional monomers, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>1</inf>decreased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 1.50-120.0 μM, while the fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>2</inf>increased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 0.40-110.0 μM. The detection limits of MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>for cholic acid were 0.42 and 0.083 μM, respectively. The mechanisms of the fluorescence responsive of the imprinted polymers were discussed. The results of fluorescence measurement and binding experiments demonstrated that both imprinted polymers have high recognition abilities and binding affinities for the template. The imprinted polymers have been successfully applied to the determination of cholic acid in human serums. The present study indicated that 1,8-naphthalimide can be used as a modular building block for design and construction of various fluorogenic molecularly imprinted materials for practical sensing and separation. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. 本发明涉及电分析化学技术领域,具体公开了一种用于左旋多巴胺定量检测的电化学传感器及其制备方法。所述的用于左旋多巴胺定量检测的化学电极的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:S1.将柠檬酸和氧化石墨烯分散在水中,形成溶液1;S2.将FeCl<sub>3</sub>和NiCl<sub>2</sub>·6H<sub>2</sub>O溶解在水中,形成溶液2;S3.将溶液2逐滴加入到溶液1中,调节pH值为9~10后搅拌1~2h形成混合悬浊液;S4.在上述悬浊液中加入肼继续搅拌1~2h,然后陈化10~12h,经离心、洗涤、干燥得NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO纳米复合材料;S5.将NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO纳米复合材料超声分散后,涂覆在工作电极的表面,得NiFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/RGO复合膜修饰电极。所述的电极或由所述电极制备得到的化学传感器在左旋多巴胺的检测过程中具有极低的检出限以及良好的稳定性、抗干扰性以及重现性。
