摘要：
The continued combination of economic globalization and information technology has made the value chain of local industrial clusters be "fragmented" for the global value chains. The "fragmentation" has aggravated the contradiction of "heterogeneous resource" and "inadequate resources" among node enterprises in the value chain. The first and second-generation Internet are difficult to solve the full sharing problem among different heterogeneous enterprise resources from the technical aspects; while the emergence of the grid called the third generation Internet and business use make matters easier. Based on the model of resource discovery of grid, this paper, which takes advantage of the grid, puts forward the symbiotic mode of "Value chain fragmented" wide-area resources of cluster enterprises, thus provides the theoretical support and decision-making guide for cluster enterprises to make decision of a symbiotic wide-area resources.

Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the kinetics of uranyl removal by zerovalent iron (ZVI) as well as the impact of environmental factors on this process. The result suggests that the aqueous uranyl cations can be reductively removed by ZVI. The uranyl immobilization was little affected by reaction temperature, indicating that this process was a chemical-controlled reaction mediated by the iron surface. The uranyl removal rate increased with decreasing pH at acidic pH. The uranyl fixation by ZVI followed first-order kinetics with regard to ZVI at low iron amendments and zero-order kinetics with regard to ZVI at high iron amendments.

In this paper, the oscillation for a class of impulsive delay parabolic partial differential equations is investigated. By using impulsive delay differential equation, necessary and sufficient conditions and sufficient conditions for oscillation of all solutions of the equations are obtained under Newman boundary condition.

摘要：
The oscillations of boundary value problems for a class of neutral vector parabolic partial differential equations with continuous distribution delay are investigated. To reduce the multi-dimensional oscillation problems to the nonexistence problems of positive solutions of one-dimensional functional differential inequalities by employing the concept of H -oscillation introduced by Domslak and the method of reducing dimension with inner product, some sufficient criteria for H -oscillation of all solutions of the boundary value problems are given, where H is a unit vector in R(m).

Objects: Analysis the correlation of the step index, 1000m run, 12min run with maximal oxygen uptake(VO(2max)) in high school boys, for the purpose of providing students, teachers and parents with more convenient and effective testing method to command students' physical health status. Subjects and Methods: Adopted simple random sampling, and extract boys of seventh grade, eighth grade, sophomore and junior from two urban and two rural schools in Changsha area as subjects, with 240 in total. Measured the students' step index, 1000m, 12min run, and directly measured their VO(2max); then calculated and processed data by such methods as comparative method and correlation analysis. Results: 1) Step index, which has no statistics relativity with the VO(2max), 1000m run and 12min run, also, can not reflect discipline of ageing changes. 2) The correlation coefficient of 1000m run with the maximal oxygen uptake is -0.716, is high negative correlation(P<0.01). Similarly, the correlation coefficient of 1000m run with 12min run is -0.77, is high negative correlation too(P<0.01). The correlation coefficient of 12min run with VO(2max) is 0.731, is highly positive correlation (P <0.01). Conclusions: 1) The step index cannot exactly reflect endurance quality level and cardiovascular function level in high school boys; 2) Both 1000m and 12min run may be acted as the indexes to indirectly determine VO(2max), furthermore, there is much stronger replacement within.

摘要：
The inhibited or enhanced uptake of heavy metals by iron plaque has been observed. The relationship between amounts of adsorption and accumulation of heavy metals and iron plaque on roots of wetland plant is still unclear. This study examined the effects of iron plaque on lead (Pb) absorption and translocation between underground and above-ground parts of a wetland plant species. Broad-leaf cattail (Typha latifolia L.) was grown in soil for four weeks under waterlogged conditions in a greenhouse. The soils were treated by Pb as lead nitrate at four levels (0, 100, 500 and 1000 mg Pb·kg-1) and waterlogged for two weeks. The results showed that the amount of iron plaque in the treatment with addition of 500 mg Fe·kg-1 was general higher than that of the treatment with addition of 100 mg Fe·kg-1, Lead concentrations in both shoots and roots treated by 500 mg Fe·kg-1 was more than that of the treatment with 100 mg Fe·kg-1. When the ratio of added Fe and Pb was 1, the accumulation of Pb in plants was higher than that of other treatments at the same Pd level. Appropriate amount of iron supplied will benefit lead accumulation in plant, which help the removal or stabilization of lead in constructed wetland.

摘要：
The approach of available transfer capability (denoted as ATC) incorporating wind generation has been paid very high attention since the development of wind generation. Based on the maximum function, this paper presents an ATC model. The characteristic of the new model is twofold. First, it considers wind turbines connected to power system and static security of power system simultaneously. Second, it is a system of semismooth equations and can be solved easily. By using the smoothing strategy, a smoothing Newton method is adopted for solving the proposed new ATC model. Numerical simulation results of the IEEE 30-bus and 118-bus system show that the new model and algorithm are feasible and effective. The impact of wind turbines connected to power system on ATC is also analyzed.

Research on virtual enterprise has been a hot and difficult field since "virtual enterprise" was firstly proposed by Kenneth Preiss, etc in the late 20(th) century. Looked back relevant literatures, it can be found that the evaluation measure of VEP (Virtual Enterprise Performance) is very important about the virtual enterprise decision-making, but so far theoretical circles have not solved the problem yet. In the article some relevant literatures are firstly reviewed and then the evaluation measure mechanism of VEP is analyzed, finally an evaluation measure model was proposed, which provides a new methodology measuring VEP.

摘要：
For wireless sensor networks, it is an effective approach for energy conservation in wireless sensor networks to keep the most of redundant sensors asleep while the remaining nodes stay active to maintain both sensing coverage and network connectivity, i.e., to form the minimal connected cover set. A novel concept named "square grid partition" is proposed, and based on the good characteristics of "square grid partition", a new distributed approximate algorithm for constructing the Minimal Connected Cover Set is presented, in which, Sink partitions its area of interest into square grids firstly, and then broadcasts the partition information to all the sensors in the whole network. According to those received partition information of the area of interest, each sensor node will construct the minimal connected cover set of G through information exchanges among its neighbors only. Algorithm analysis and simulation results show that, the newly given algorithm outperforms the traditional similar algorithms in terms of the time complexity and the size of constructed connected cover set.

摘要：
The treatment of uranium-bearing wastewater from uranium mine and using microorganism to treating wastewater is paid much attention to environmental researchers. Based on column experiments, the paper investigated the potential using sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) and zero-valent iron (ZVI) to synergetic treat contamination in wastewater such as sulfate, uranium, etc. The results show that SRB+ZVI can effectively remove contamination U(VI) and SO4~(2-) in wastewater, the removal rate is 99.4% and 86.2% for U(VI) and (SO_4)~(2-) respectively, the pH value of wastewater can be basified to neutral. U(VI) and (SO_4)~(2-) as electron acceptor of sulfate reducing bacteria are removed by biological reduction. The corrosion of ZVI is benefit to enhance the pH value of wastewater and form anaerobic reducing environment, strengthen survival and metabolism reaction of SRB, and play a synergetic enhancement.

One novel complex Mn2(phen)2(p-CBA) 4(H2O) has been hydrothermally synthesized from p-chlorobenzoic acid (p-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and anhydrous manganese(II) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.3416(3), b = 1.5604(2), c =1.5605(2) nm, β = 121.048(2)°, V= 4.8849(12) nm3, Dc = 1.510 g/cm3, Mr = 555.26, Z = 8, μ = 0.798 mm -1, F(000) = 2256, GOOF = 1.032, the final R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0816. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(II) ions are linked together by two bridge-chelating p-chlorobenzoic groups and one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure with the Mn-Mn bond distance of 0.3512 nm. Each manganese(II) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three p-chlorobenzoic acid anions and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also investigated.

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2′-bipy)(H 2O)](H20) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2′-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1̄ with a = 0.70479(14), b = 1.1211(2), c = 1.6718(3) nm, α = 103.806(3), β= 90.795(3), γ = 104.207(3)°, V= 1.2399(4) nm3, Mr = 512.41, Dc= 1.373 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 532, μ = 0.733 mm-1, R= 0.0432 and wR = 0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipyridine, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.

摘要：
A distance definition for mixed attribute and a simple method to calculate cluster parameter is proposed in this paper. Based on these, we present a clustering algorithm. The algorithm only scans over dataset one pass, and has the nearly linear time complexity with the size of dataset and the numbers of attributes, which make the algorithm deserve good scalability. Finally, we give empirical analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness, the experimental results show that the algorithm achieves both high quality clustering results and efficiency.
摘要：
Influence of space-time focusing on spatiotemporal instability in dispersive self-focusing media is investigated on the basis of a modified nonlinear Schrodinger equation (NLSE) beyond the slowly varying envelope approximation. It is found that, for both normal and anomalous dispersions, space-time focusing may lead to the appearance of new instability regions. Space-time focusing influences the original spectra obtained using the standard NLSE mainly by shrinking the instability regions, especially in the case of normal dispersion.

摘要：
In this paper, the possible survey of a high-pressure field by using dual core fiber sensors and a differentiator electric bridge is described. Also, the interaction between high-pressure field and a dual core fiber nonlinear coupler is discussed, using the analyzed theory. We have obtained the formula of the theory and some correlative experimental results. We can measure high-pressure (2.2 * 10<sup>6</sup> V) by using dual core fiber sensors and a differentiator bridge.
