摘要:
Observation of photonic spin Hall effect (SHE) manifested by spin-dependent splitting of light in a dielectric-based birefringent metasurface is reported experimentally. By designing the metasurface with homogeneous phase retardation but space-variant optical axis directions, we govern the photonic SHE via space-variant Pancharatnam-Berry phase originated from the local polarization manipulation of the metasurface, essentially, the spin-orbit interaction between the light and the metasurface. Modulating the polarization distribution of the incident light and/or the structure geometry of the metasurface, the photonic SHE could be tunable. This type of metasurface offers an effective way to manipulate the spin-polarized photons and a route for spin-controlled nanophotonic applications.

摘要:
The islets in river are the most important recreation areas in city. The special geological conditions and geographical location determine the frangibility of the eco-environment. The inappropriate or excessive recreation development will cause the degradation even deterioration of the eco-environment system of urban islet in river. According to the characteristics of the eco-environmental frangibility of urban islet in river, the paper constructs a model of "formation-influence-regulation" and applies it to the Dongzhou Islet in Xiangjiang River.

Nanosecond-level pulses of specific shape is usually generated by stacking chirped pulses for high-power inertial confinement fusion driver, in which nonlinear imaging of scatterers may damage precious optical elements. We present a numerical study of the characteristics of nonlinear imaging of scatterers in broadband laser stacked by chirped pulses to disclose the dependence of location and intensity of images on the parameters of the stacked pulse. It is shown that, for sub-nanosecond long sub-pulses with chirp or transform-limited sub-pulses, the time-mean intensity and location of images through normally dispersive and anomalously dispersive self-focusing medium slab are almost identical; While for picosecond-level short sub-pulses with chirp, the time-mean intensity of images for weak normal dispersion is slightly higher than that for weak anomalous dispersion through a thin nonlinear slab; the result is opposite to that for strong dispersion in a thick nonlinear slab; Furthermore, for given time delay between neighboring sub-pulses, the time-mean intensity of images varies periodically with chirp of the sub-pulse increasing; for a given pulse width of sub-pulse, the time-mean intensity of images decreases with the time delay between neighboring sub-pulses increasing; additionally, there is a little difference in the time-mean intensity of images of the laser stacked by different numbers of sub-pulses. Finally, the obtained results are also given physical explanations.

摘要:
Recent studies show that aggregating local descriptors into super vector yields effective representation for retrieval and classification tasks. A popular method along this line is vector of locally aggregated descriptors (VLAD), which aggregates the residuals between descriptors and visual words. However, original VLAD ignores high-order statistics of local descriptors and its dictionary may not be optimal for classification tasks. In this paper, we address these problems by utilizing high-order statistics of local descriptors and peforming supervised dictionary learning. The main contributions are twofold. Firstly, we propose a high-order VLAD (H-VLAD) for visual recognition, which leverages two kinds of high-order statistics in the VLAD-like framework, namely diagonal covariance and skewness. These high-order statistics provide complementary information for VLAD and allow for efficient computation. Secondly, to further boost the performance of H-VLAD, we design a supervised dictionary learning algorithm to discriminatively refine the dictionary, which can be also extended for other super vector based encoding methods. We examine the effectiveness of our methods in image-based object categorization and video-based action recognition. Extensive experiments on PASCAL VOC 2007, HMDB51, and UCF101 datasets exhibit that our method achieves the state-of-the-art performance on both tasks.

In each step of logistics, transportation plays an important role to increase profit for the logistics enterprises. The vehicle routing problem is getting more and more attention of researchers and logistics enterprises. There are many factors that affect the path, many of which can only be described qualitatively, such as traffic, environment etc., These factors need to be taken into account comprehensively for path selection. The paper proposes the two-stage optimization method of transport network to solve the problem of optimal path, which combines the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. 摘要:
Activated palm kernel shell carbon (APKSC) was used to remove U(VI) from aqueous solutions in a batch system. The adsorption kinetics, isotherms, and effects of various parameters, such as temperature, contact time, solution pH, adsorbent dosage, and initial U(VI) concentration on the U(VI) adsorption process were studied. Equilibrium was reached after 120 min in the range of studied U(VI) concentrations and temperatures. U(VI) uptake was insignificantly affected by temperature, but was highly pH dependent, and the optimum pH for removal was 5.5. U(VI) removal efficiency increased with the increasing adsorbent dosage. U(VI) sorption capacity increased with increasing initial U(VI) concentration; any further increases in initial U(VI) concentration above a certain point caused insignificant changes in U(VI) sorption capacity. Isotherm data could be described by the Langmuir isotherm model with a maximum U(VI) adsorption capacity of 51.81 mg/g. Kinetic data were fitted to pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order equations, which suggested that the U(VI) adsorption onto APKSC was better reproduced by the pseudo-second-order model rather than pseudo-first-order model. Our results indicated that APKSC might be used as a cheap adsorbent in the treatment of uranium-containing wastewater.

Sketch-based 3D model retrieval provides a convenient way for users to search for 3D models by sketches. Traditionally, this task is converted to a sketch-based 2D shape retrieval problem by projecting 3D models to 2D images. Local invariant features have been widely used to tackle this problem. However, it suffers from the lack of global context and easily fails when images of different 3D models share multiple similar regions. In this paper, we propose a joint description by fusing local statistical structures and global spatial features. Our description is invariant to scale, translate and rotation. An improved bag-of-features retrieval framework is applied to explore semantic visual word representations. Besides, a novel relevance feedback scheme which combines weight balancing and query modification is designed to further improve the retrieval performance. We conduct various experiments on the common sketch-based watertight model benchmark. The comparative results show that our approach significantly outperforms three state-of-the-art methods, demonstrating its effectiveness and robustness for sketch-based 3D model retrieval.

Based on empirical research on the 235 valid questionnaires, the evaluation index system of ecological environment governance was established in a regional industry focus areas ,a new combination empowerment method based on information entropy correction AHP, which can reduce the subjective bias, was put forward, and then a two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate on ecological environment governance about the Hengyang lead and zinc industry focus fields, in order to better solve the evaluation of the regional industry focus field about the ecological environment governance for the Government, and provide a theoretical basis for the discovery of regional industrial problems and countermeasures of eco-environmental governance.

摘要:
Side channel attacks could efficiently break cryptographic algorithm based on hardware implementation including applications on trusted computing systems. Chinese researchers had proposed a standard encryption algorithm, called SMS4, for their own wireless LAN communications in 2006. In this paper, we propose a modified fixed-value masking algorithm for SMS4 in order to resist again power analysis attack to hardware based SMS4. Furthermore, we simulate the attacking environments and port the proposed countermeasure to FPGA platform. The experimental results show that the proposed countermeasure can efficiently resist against power analysis attack.

In this study a novel image processing approach is proposed to improve the denoising in SAR images based on wavelet packet and median filter, Median filter is adopted to remove noise in the wavelet packet domain. At first, the process of the novel is introduced in detail .At last, by adding some simulated noise in the SAR image, the performance of the proposed approach is shown and compared with other filter algorithms in terms of PSNR

The environment of islet in river is vulnerable and the recreationist's behavior is important for its' sustainable development. The paper aims to classify the recreationists of islet in river by the standard of recreationist's environmental attitude and describe the different recreationists' behaviors. The result showed that the recreationist's attitudes of islet in river included four dimensions: environmental responsibility, environmental emotion, environmental moral and environmental behavior intention. Based on the standard of environmental attitude, the recreationists can be classified 3 types: recreationist of ignoring environment, recreationist of dominant environmental attitude and recreationist of dominant environmental behavior. The three types of recreationists of islet in river have different demographic characters and environmental behaviors.

摘要:
In this paper, a denoise approach is proposed to reduce the speckle noise in SAR images based on compress sensing. Through the skill of compressed sensing, we divide the image into some blocks, and propose an image reconstruction method based on block compressing sensing with Orthogonal Matching Pursuit. By adding some simulated speckle noise in the SAR image, the performance of the proposed approach is shown and compared with a conventional algorithm. the result has been shown that our method can get better result in terms of peak signal noise ratio (PSNR).
