摘要:
为了测量反应堆内中子注量率分布,保证反应堆内活化55 M n-58 Ni合金探测片γ计数测量的可靠性,本文研制了中子注量率分布测量装置中9通道放大甄别器。多通道放大甄别器性能指标测试与应用测试结果表明:每个通道放大器增益1~21连续可调、甄别器阈值独立连续可调,具有最大计数率高、灵敏度高、稳定性好、系统抗串扰能力强等优点;放大器增益长期稳定性≤1%,甄别器最小输入脉冲宽度≥0.1μs ,甄别器最大计数率≤4×106 s-1,能用于实时长期稳定测量反应堆内中子注量率分布。

摘要:
A novel fuzzy controller is proposed here to improve the positioning precision of servo system of CNC lathes. To utilize the high-accuracy potential of the VUD fuzzy controller, a grating-ruler was used as a sensor to measure the displacement of work pieces. Designing the VUD fuzzy controller involved five steps, i.e., setting up universes of discourse and parameters, selecting membership functions, designing a differential circuit, constructing a base of fuzzy rules, and defining a set of contraction-expansion factors. The method of lookup table was applied to construct the base of fuzzy rules via four typical input instructions, and the method of maximum strength to settle the conflicting rules properly. The experimental results show that the VUD fuzzy controller can be effective in controlling the position of work pieces.

摘要:
The spectral characteristics of a pulsed hollow Gaussian beam passing through a circular aperture are studied. Based on the vectorial Rayleigh diffraction integrals, the analytical expressions of the spectra for the complex analytic signal representation and for the complex amplitude envelope representation are derived, respectively, and the comparison between them is made. The influences of the truncation parameter and the beam order on the spectral shifts and on the spectral switches are illustrated. It is shown that the spectrum for the complex analytic signal representation and that for the complex amplitude envelope representation are obvious different as the pulse shorter than an optical period.

We propose new methods to construct universal Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ)-state analyzers without destroying the qubits by using two-qubit parity gates. The idea can be applied to any physical systems where the two-qubit parity gate can be realized. We also investigate the feasibility of nondestructively distinguishing the GHZ-basis states for photonic qubits with such an idea. The nondestructive GHZ-state analyzers can act as generators of GHZ entangled states and are expected to find useful applications for resource-saving quantum information processing.

摘要:
In this letter, we propose a method for facial landmarks localization in face sketch images. As recent approaches and the corresponding datasets are designed for ordinary face photos, the performance of such models drop significantly when they are applied on face sketch images. We first propose a scheme to synthesize face sketches from face photos based on random-forests edge detection and local face region enhancement. Then we jointly train a Cascaded Pose Regression based method for facial landmarks localization for both face photos and sketches. We build an evaluation dataset, called Face Sketches in the Wild (FSW), with 450 face sketch images collected from the Internet and with the manual annotation of 68 facial landmark locations on each face sketch. The proposed multi-modality facial landmark localization method shows competitive performance on both face sketch images (the FSW dataset) and face photo images (the Labeled Face Parts in the Wild dataset), despite the fact that we do not use extra annotation of face sketches for model building.

摘要:
Observation of photonic spin Hall effect (SHE) manifested by spin-dependent splitting of light in a dielectric-based birefringent metasurface is reported experimentally. By designing the metasurface with homogeneous phase retardation but space-variant optical axis directions, we govern the photonic SHE via space-variant Pancharatnam-Berry phase originated from the local polarization manipulation of the metasurface, essentially, the spin-orbit interaction between the light and the metasurface. Modulating the polarization distribution of the incident light and/or the structure geometry of the metasurface, the photonic SHE could be tunable. This type of metasurface offers an effective way to manipulate the spin-polarized photons and a route for spin-controlled nanophotonic applications.

We present a classical explanation of the photonic Zitterbewegung (ZB) effect near the Dirac point in this paper. Due to the asymmetric transmitted spectrums near the Dirac point, a material with the Dirac point actually can function as a spatio-temporal filter. When an optical pulse with its spectrum centered near the Dirac point passing through the "filter", its spatio-temporal spectrum will be modified dramatically. As a result, the temporal shape of the transmitted pulse is distorted with tailed oscillations, i.e., the photonic ZB effect. The influence of the temporal and spatial widths of the input pulse on the tailed oscillations of the transmitted pulse has also been discussed. Our results may pave the way to the experimental research of the photonic ZB effect and provide a viewpoint for investigating other abnormal transmission properties near the Dirac point. Nanosecond-level pulses of specific shape is usually generated by stacking chirped pulses for high-power inertial confinement fusion driver, in which nonlinear imaging of scatterers may damage precious optical elements. We present a numerical study of the characteristics of nonlinear imaging of scatterers in broadband laser stacked by chirped pulses to disclose the dependence of location and intensity of images on the parameters of the stacked pulse. It is shown that, for sub-nanosecond long sub-pulses with chirp or transform-limited sub-pulses, the time-mean intensity and location of images through normally dispersive and anomalously dispersive self-focusing medium slab are almost identical; While for picosecond-level short sub-pulses with chirp, the time-mean intensity of images for weak normal dispersion is slightly higher than that for weak anomalous dispersion through a thin nonlinear slab; the result is opposite to that for strong dispersion in a thick nonlinear slab; Furthermore, for given time delay between neighboring sub-pulses, the time-mean intensity of images varies periodically with chirp of the sub-pulse increasing; for a given pulse width of sub-pulse, the time-mean intensity of images decreases with the time delay between neighboring sub-pulses increasing; additionally, there is a little difference in the time-mean intensity of images of the laser stacked by different numbers of sub-pulses. Finally, the obtained results are also given physical explanations.

Based on ab initio density functional theory calculations within the generalized gradient approximation, the electronic structure and magnetic properties of the one- and two-C-doped CdS monolayer are investigated. The results show that the C-doped CdS system exhibits half-metallic behaviors with a total magnetic moment of 2.0 mu(B)/C, which is in good accord with the results obtained from the HSE06 functional. The magnetic moment mainly comes from the spin-polarized C-2p states in the band gap. The long-range ferromagnetic order with a Curie temperature of about 280 K is attributed to the p-d and p-p hybridizations via the C-Cd-S coupling chains. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
