摘要:
Based on empirical research on the 235 valid questionnaires, the evaluation index system of ecological environment governance was established in a regional industry focus areas ,a new combination empowerment method based on information entropy correction AHP, which can reduce the subjective bias, was put forward, and then a two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate on ecological environment governance about the Hengyang lead and zinc industry focus fields, in order to better solve the evaluation of the regional industry focus field about the ecological environment governance for the Government, and provide a theoretical basis for the discovery of regional industrial problems and countermeasures of eco-environmental governance.

摘要:
Along with the constant evolution of the world economy, the global economic crisis which was following the United States sub-prime loans crisis has entered "post crisis era". However, it is still not resolved that this crisis has highlighted the problem of abnormal inner structure of clusters enterprise value chain in our country, and some developmental obstacles coexist in the cluster enterprises. This article addresses the realities of the "post crisis era" with value network and Grid as the starting points and puts forward a symbiotic path of cluster enterprises value chain, and then provides a theoretical basis for the decision about the symbiosis.

摘要:
The enterprise value network engineering is an effective social business carrier, but the “sudden adversity” or “sudden disaster” often occurs to every internal enterprise in the value network engineering system or outside, which makes the enterprise have to have a good emergency management ability in order to avoid the final crisis. The article uses a system analysis approach to construct a two-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of emergency management capacity about enterprise value network engineering based on RSA-ANP-DSS research methods, which can provide a decision-making theory foundation for emergency management and improve emergency management capabilities to the “sudden adversity” or “sudden disaster” in the value network engineering.
