摘要:
Batch experiments were conducted to study the ability of activated palm kernel husk carbon (APKHC) to adsorb Pb(II) ions from aqueous solutions. The effects of various operational parameters, such as temperature (25–55°C), pH (1.0–5.0), contact time (0–120 min), and adsorbent dose (0.5–3.5 g/L) were examined. The results suggested that the adsorption of Pb(II) is exothermic and strongly dependent on pH. The optimum pH for Pb(II) removal is 5.0. The Pb(II) uptake by APKHC was fast and reached an equilibrium in 80 min. The Pb(II) removal efficiency increased with increasing APKHC dosage up to 2.0 g/L, and then reached a plateau with approximately 97% of Pb(II) removed. Experimental data were fitted using Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. The Pb(II) adsorption can be described well by the Langmuir model with a maximum monolayer uptake capacity of 98.04 mg/g. Kinetic study results suggested that the adsorption process proceeded according to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. In short, APKHC can be used as an effective economical adsorbent for Pb(II) removal.

本发明公开了一种用于叶酸定量检测的化学修饰电极以及电化学传感器的制备方法。该方法包括:S11.取多壁碳纳米管,加入浓硝酸和浓硫酸后超声,得悬浊液;S12.在上述的悬浊液中加乙醇,离心分离;然后加水离心分离至滤液pH值为6~8后,将沉淀物烘干得到羧基化的多壁碳纳米管;S13.取羧基化的多壁碳纳米管,加入水超声分散均匀,然后加入葡萄糖形成溶液A;S14.取硝酸银于水中搅拌溶解,随后逐滴加入浓NH<sub>3</sub>·H<sub>2</sub>O形成溶液B;S15.将溶液B加入溶液A中搅拌、陈化,经离心和洗涤后,于烘箱中干燥后得Ag/MWCNTs复合材料;S16.取Ag/MWCNTs复合材料在有机溶剂中分散得分散液;将分散液涂覆并固定在洗净的玻碳电极表面,即得所述的电极。由该方法制备得到的化学修饰电极检出限低,选择性好。

摘要:
The goal of this research is to investigate the feasibility of using activated coal-based activated carbon (CBAC) to adsorb Pb(II) from aqueous solutions through batch tests. Effects of contact time, pH, temperature and initial Pb(II) concentration on the Pb(II) adsorption were examined. The Pb(II) adsorption is strongly dependent on pH, but insensitive to temperature. The best pH for Pb(II) removal is in the range of 5.0–5.5 with more than 90 % of Pb(II) removed. The equilibrium time was found to be 60 min and the adsorption data followed the pseudo-second-order kinetics. Isotherm data followed Langmuir isotherm model with a maximum adsorption capacity of 162.33 mg/g. The adsorption was exothermic and spontaneous in nature. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy analysis suggested that CBAC possessed a porous structure and was rich in carboxyl and hydroxyl groups on its surface, which might play a major role in Pb(II) adsorption. These findings indicated that CBAC has great potential as an alternative adsorbent for Pb(II) removal. © 2016, The Author(s).

摘要:
The adsorption of U(VI) onto Elodea canadensis was studied via a batch equilibrium method. Kinetic investigation indicated that the U(VI) adsorption by E. canadensis reached an equilibrium in 120 min and followed pseudo-second-order kinetics. The solution pH was the most important parameter controlling adsorption of U(VI) and the optimum pH for U(VI) removal is 6.0. The U(VI) biosorption can be well described by Langmuir model. IR spectrum analysis revealed that –NH2, –OH, C=O and C–O could bind strongly with U(VI). XPS spectrum analysis implied that ion exchange and coordination mechanism could be involved in the U(VI) biosorption process. © 2016, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

本发明涉及材料制备与电分析化学技术领域,具体涉及一种CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>NWs/RGO纳米复合材料及其制备得到的扑热息痛电化学传感器。所述的纳米复合材料包含如下步骤:S11.将氧化石墨烯(GO)先置于水中超声10~30min,然后加入柠檬酸继续超声10~60min,得氧化石墨烯(GO)分散液;S12.将FeCl<sub>3</sub>·6H<sub>2</sub>O和CoCl<sub>2</sub>·6H<sub>2</sub>O加入到氧化石墨烯(GO)分散液中,超声处理10~60min;S13.调节pH值至9.5~10.5,加入肼,搅拌30~120min,陈化18~48h;S14.离心、洗涤、干燥后得CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>NWs/RGO纳米复合材料。用该纳米复合材料制备得到的化学电极或电化学传感器在测定扑热息痛过程中具有稳定性好、检出限低、灵敏度和选择性高的优点。

该文合成了茶氨酸与金属M(Ⅱ)离子配合物.通过红外、化学分析确定配合物的化学组成为M[(C7H12N2O3)2] (M=Zn2-,Cu2-,Mn2).在HR-15型静态氧弹热量计上测定了配合物的燃烧热,根据热化学原理计算出配合物的标准生成焓,结果△fHmθZn[(C7H12N2O3)2]=-3175.53 kJ/mol,△fHmθCu[(C7H12N2O3)2]=-2490.13 kJ/mol,△fHmmθMn[(C7H12N2O3)2]=-2955.33 kJ/mol.

The measurement sensitivity of the RAD7 to the <sup>220</sup>Rn concentration in its internal cell is 30% less than the sensitivity to <sup>222</sup>Rn. This reduction in <sup>220</sup>Rn sensitivity relative to <sup>222</sup>Rn sensitivity has been attributed to the decay of <sup>216</sup>Po before it reaches the collection electrode. Analyzing the airflow patterns in the internal cell of RAD7, we propose that this may also be due to a ''short-circuit stream- highly concentrated <sup>220</sup>Rn injected into the internal cell and discharged from another port quickly. Since in the ''short-circuit stream'', the <sup>220</sup>Rn concentration of outflow is high, the <sup>220</sup>Rn concentration remaining in the internal cell must be low. Therefore, further improvement to the reliability and accuracy of <sup>220</sup>Rn measurements may be attained by the improvement of the measuring chamber geometric factor and the electric field. ©2014 IOP Publishing Ltd and Sissa Medialab srl.

摘要:
Radon exhalation rate is crucial in the estimation of radiation risk from various materials. RAD7 only focus on the count of the <sup>218</sup>Po in sniff mode, and is well suited to measure radon exhalation rates. This paper presents a fast method for measuring radon exhalation from medium surface with a ventilation-type accumulation chamber by the RAD7 while making the effects of leakage and back diffusion negligible. The radon exhalation rate can be obtained from the measured values before radioactive equilibrium between Radon and progeny occurs. This method is based on the principle for tracing radon concentration changes by deriving <sup>222</sup>Rn concentrations through <sup>218</sup>Po measurements. Several radon exhalation rate measurements of medium surface have been performed in the Radon Laboratory of the University of South China. The radon exhalation rates obtained by verification experiments are within the accepted values for the reference value. ©2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
We propose a novel method for quickly measuring the radon exhalation rate in open loop. We first obtain the temporal variation of radon concentration in the internal cell of the RAD7 by analyzing the work principle of RAD7. We then obtain the temporal variation of radon concentration in the ventilation-type accumulation chamber when the effects of leakage and back diffusion are neglected. This method uses the measured value before the radon concentration in the ventilation-type accumulation chamber reaches a steady state. The diameter of the air input tube to the ventilation-type accumulation is large enough to keep the differential pressure in the accumulation chamber and outdoors negligible. Short cycle time and large flow rate will be appropriate for reducing measurement error. Several radon exhalation rate measurements of the medium surface have been performed in the Radon Laboratory of the University of South China. The radon exhalation rates obtained by verification experiments are in good agreement with the reference value. This method can be applied to develop and improve the instruments for measuring radon exhalation rate.
