摘要:
Aim to build a good service environment in public technical network and create a opportunity for middle-small enterprise developing and growing,a technology service information system (MSETSIS) is designed,according to the characteristics and requirements of middle-small enterprise.Main content,modules and performance of MSETSIS are systematic exposited;middle-small enterprise technology service information system includes four service functions,and they are divided into 19 sub modules,and the main modules are introduced in detailed.In order to improve the efficiency in selecting and optimizing manufacturing resources,genetic algorithm is used in MSETSIS.The design method has been successfully applied to the practical system,and proved the feasibility of the design.

摘要:
Along with the constant evolution of the world economy, the global economic crisis which was following the United States sub-prime loans crisis has entered "post crisis era". However, it is still not resolved that this crisis has highlighted the problem of abnormal inner structure of clusters enterprise value chain in our country, and some developmental obstacles coexist in the cluster enterprises. This article addresses the realities of the "post crisis era" with value network and Grid as the starting points and puts forward a symbiotic path of cluster enterprises value chain, and then provides a theoretical basis for the decision about the symbiosis.

The ecological system and natural environment of islet in river are easy to be damaged. With the increasing tourists and serious lag of management, the ecological environment of islet in river is facing severe challenges and its ecological environmental security should been paid more attention. Based on the model of Press-State-Response, the article constructed the evaluation index system of islet in river and applied it in the evaluation of Dongzhou islet of Hengyang, Hunan province of China. The research can provide the reference for ecological security evaluation and environment protection. It will promote the islet's tourism utilization and sustainable development.

摘要:
The cryptographic algorithm MIBS was proposed in CANS 2009.It is a lightweight cryptographic algorithm which is currently suitable for the implementation such as RFID Smart Card of the IoT.It is studied to achieve the hardware area optimal implementation of encryption algorithm MIBS.Firstly, the same round operation is implemented only once.Secondly, Permutation byte is only necessary to change the order, so we can do one of the Mixlayer and Permutation.Thirdly, updateKey and SubCell are required in S-box.The two modules are not encapsulated.It can be achieved through assign functions.It is called in S-boxes at the same time in MBISRound, this can save register.We use the assign functions so that the MIBS encryption is completed only requiring 32 clock cycles.Experimental results show that the optimized MIBS is less than original MIBS on FPGA.To our knowledge, this is the first issue about implementation of MIBS algorithm on FPGA, which can provide reference for the further application of IOT encryption.

In order to build up a powerful tourism city and adhere to the principles of green tourism and low-carbon tourism, Hunan province has created tourism environment advantages set about from government, enterprises and social citizens, devoting itself to cultivating the low-carbon tourism culture and developing low-carbon products of Hunan, fulfilling the low-carbon of tourism environment, innovating the low-carbon tourism environment management system of the government as well as improving the level of the public awareness of tourism environment, so as to carry out the overall developmental strategies of low-carbon tourism environment.

Reviewing the history of the development of the industrial revolution,it can be seen every economic crisis had brought the major reshuffle of the industrial structure, and eliminated a number of backward industries and businesses, and gave birth to a number of new industries and enterprises. This paper has studied the order parameter control mechanism about the low-carbon symbiotic evolution of enterprise value network in the "post-crisis era ", On the one hand it further reveals the micro-running mechanism of enterprise value network, on the other hand it provides a theoretical decision-making basis for enterprises and government to ensure low-carbon symbiotic evolution of enterprise value network in the "post-crisis era ".

摘要:
The existing transportation service system in public travel route can not satisfy the people's actual travel need because of various technologies reasons. In our study, we set the tourist attractions as a vertex, and simplified the traditional algorithm for complex network computing. Aim to use the advantage of Dijkstra algorithm, the Dijkstra algorithm was applied to tourism path search. The experimental results have illustrated that the Dijkstra algorithm can accomplish a good result in search efficiency.

摘要:
The existing transportation service system in public travel route can not satisfy the people's actual travel need because of various technologies reasons. In our study, we set the tourist attractions as a vertex, and simplified the traditional algorithm for complex network computing. Aim to improve the disadvantage of tradition Dijkstra algorithm, an improve algorithm was proposed to improve the path search efficiency. Then the improved Dijkstra algorithm was applied to tourism path search. The experimental results have illustrated that the improved Dijkstra algorithm can accomplish a better result and improve path search efficiency.
