摘要:
In this paper, A class of third-order nonlinear neutral damped functional differential equations with distributed deviating arguments are studied. By using a generalized Riccati transformation and Kamenev-type or Philos-type integral averaging technique,we establish some new sufficient conditions which insure that any solution of this equation oscillates or converges to zero.

The principles of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) product character segmentation and its technology could be described as following: SMT product character image is obtained by image sampling equipment and its ideal binary images is got after image processing. In order to segment the SMT product character effectively, a novel character segmentation algorithm is proposed based on contour feature. Three kinds of information are extracted, one is the up contour feature, another is the under contour feature, the third is the width and the height of the image. Then the position of character segmentation is determined according to the width and height of single character, and character segmentation can be accomplish according to its up contour feature and under contour feature. By analyzing the test result, the proposed approach has excellent properties in character segmentation.

For the popularizing of the negotiation application in E-commerce a practical many-many bargaining mechanism is to be studied and designed. The function�√ criteria and information carrier of agent have been analyzed and specified in the negotiation. A set of rules based on fair exchange protocol, especially the sealed bidding mechanism, have been proposed,which guarantee the Justice and efficiency in negotiation.. Although widely applied in many industries, anionic surfactants (AS) have been shown to contaminate the natural environment. Therefore, the detection of trace amounts of AS in environmental samples is of great interest. Here, we report a novel fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace AS, specifically, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), using 1-(5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid) -3-(4-pheny-lazophenyl)-triazene (NASAPAPT). Under optimum conditions, the degree of fluorescence quenching is linearly proportional to the concentration of SDS from 2.08×10-8 to 8.67×10-7mol L-1 with a detection limit of 8.35×10-9mol L-1. The proposed method exhibits high sensitivity and selectivity, yet it avoids the use of toxic organic solvents and tedious solvent extraction procedures. It has been applied to the determination of trace SDS in both natural water and industrial samples with recoveries between 99.04 and 103.58%. Results indicated that the hydrogen bonds formed between NASAPAPT and SDS played an important role in the detection process and that the π→π* transition was crucial for fluorescence of the NASAPAPT complex.
