摘要:
The popular Roe's flux difference splitting scheme has high resolution for various types of discontinuities but it fails to satisfy the entropy condition and will encounter different forms of instability while calculating shock waves, such as the post-shock oscillation of the slowly moving shock waves and the carbuncle phenomenon of the multidimensional strong shock waves. In the present work, a simple flux difference splitting scheme based on the idea of convection-pressure splitting is proposed. With application of the Toro-Vazquez splitting procedure, the flux of the 3D Euler equations is split into the convection part and the pressure part. Due to having a complete set of linearly independent eigenvectors, the pressure subsystem can be solved by the conventional flux difference splitting method. The weakly hyperbolic convection subsystem, however, does not have a complete set of linearly independent eigenvectors and thus is solved by the flux difference splitting scheme based on the generalized eigenvectors [1]. In addition, a strategy that combines the THINC reconstruction with the BVD algorithm is employed on the numerical dissipation term of the convection flux to further improve the resolution for contact discontinuities. A comprehensive range of numerical simulations for classical 1D, 2D and 3D benchmark test problems demonstrate the good performance of the proposed scheme. (c) 2023 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The purpose of this paper is to develop some methods to study (Fejér-)Riesz type inequalities, Hardy–Littlewood type theorems and smooth moduli of holomorphic, pluriharmonic and harmonic functions in high-dimensional cases. Initially, we prove some sharp Riesz type inequalities of pluriharmonic functions on bounded symmetric domains. The obtained results extend the main results in Kalaj (Trans Am Math. Soc. 372:4031–4051, 2019). Next, some Hardy–Littlewood type theorems of holomorphic and pluriharmonic functions on John domains are established, which give analogies and extensions of a result in Hardy and Littlewood (J Reine Angew Math 167;405–423, 1931). Furthermore, we establish a Fejér–Riesz type inequality on pluriharmonic functions in the Euclidean unit ball in
$$\mathbb {C}^n$$
, which extends the main result in Melentijević and Bo
$$\breve{z}$$
in (Potential Anal 54:575–580, 2021). Additionally, we also discuss the Hardy–Littlewood type theorems and smooth moduli of holomorphic, pluriharmonic and harmonic functions. Consequently, we improve and extend the corresponding results in Dyakonov (Acta Math 178:143–167, 1997), Hardy and Littlewood (Math Z 34:403–439, 1932), Dyakonov (Adv Math 187:146–172, 2004) and Pavlović (Rev Mat Iberoam 23:831–845, 2007).

摘要:
In this paper, we explore relatively quasimöbius invariance of \varphi-uniform domains and natural domains. Firstly, we prove that the control function of relatively quasimöbius mappings can be chosen in a power form. Applying this observation and a deformed cross–ratio introduced by Bonk and Kleiner, we next show that relatively quasimöbius mappings are coarsely bilipschitz in the distance ratio metric. Combined with the assumption that the mapping is coarsely bilipschitz in the quasihyperbolic metric, we establish relatively quasimöbius invariance of \varphi-uniform domains and natural domains. As a by-product, we also obtain a similar result for uniform domains which provides a new method to answer a question posed by Väisälä.

In order to improve the classical Bohr inequality, we explain some refined versions for a quasi-subordination family of functions in this paper, one of which is key to build our results. Using these investigations, we establish an improved Bohr inequality with refined Bohr radius under particular conditions for a family of harmonic mappings defined in the unit disk D ${\mathbb {D}}$ . Along the line of extremal problems concerning the refined Bohr radius, we derive a series of results. Here, the family of harmonic mappings has the form f = h + g ¯ $f=h+\overline{g}$ , where g ( 0 ) = 0 $g(0)=0$ , the analytic part h is bounded by 1 and that | g ′ ( z ) | ≤ k | h ′ ( z ) | $|g^{\prime }(z)|\le k|h^{\prime }(z)|$ in D ${\mathbb {D}}$ and for some k ∈ [ 0 , 1 ] $k\in [0,1]$ .

Brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens, which can transmit rice ragged stunt virus, is a seri-ous and damaging pest to rice plants. Rice plants can protect themselves from the associated diseases of N.lugens by either suppressing or replacing N.lugens by releasing N.lugens infected by a special strain of Wolbachia wStri. The long-distance migration habit of N.lugens is one of the important precursors leading up to the large-scale occurrence of N.lugens. To study the effect of migration on the trans-mission of Wolbachia in N.lugens, a Wolbachia spreading dynamics model with migration of N.lugens between two patches is put forward. The existence and local stability conditions of equilibrium points of the system and its subsystems are obtained. Moreover, the effects of migration on the dynamic prop-erties and the control of N.lugens are analyzed; the results show that the system can exhibit a bistable phenomenon, and the migration can change the stability of equilibrium infected with wStri from stable to unstable. The quantitative control methods for the migration of the insect N.lugens are proposed, which provide a theoretical guidance for future field experiments. Lastly, we use the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method to estimate the parameters of the wild N.lugens migration model based on limited observational data; the numerical simulation results show that migration can increase the quantity of N.lugens, which is consistent with the relevant experimental results.

摘要:
In this work, the complete moment convergence for weighted sums of negatively as-sociated random variables is discussed without assumptions of identical distribution. Under the moment condition E|X|a/(log (1+ |X|))a/-1 <  for the case 0 <  < a with 1 < a 2, the complete moment convergence theorem for weighted sums of negatively associated setup is presented. The main results obtained in this article extend and improve the corresponding ones of Chen and Sung (Stat. Probabil. Lett., 92: 45-52 (2014)), Sung (Stat. Pap., 52: 447-454 (2011)).

摘要:
The main purpose of this paper is to discuss Hardy type spaces, Bloch type spaces and the composition operators of complex-valued harmonic functions. We first establish a sharp estimate of the Lipschitz continuity of complex-valued harmonic functions in Bloch type spaces with respect to the pseudo-hyperbolic metric, which gives an answer to an open problem. Then some classes of composition operators on Bloch and Hardy type spaces will be investigated. The obtained results improve and extend some corresponding known results.

摘要:
The purpose of this paper is to study the Schwarz-Pick type inequalities for harmonic or pluriharmonic functions. By analogy with the generalized Khavinson conjecture, we first give some sharp estimates of the norm of harmonic functions from the Euclidean unit ball in R-n into the unit ball of the real Minkowski space. Next, we give several sharp Schwarz-Pick type inequalities for pluriharmonic functions from the Euclidean unit ball in C-n or from the unit polydisc in C-n into the unit ball of the Minkowski space. Furthermore, we establish some sharp coefficient type Schwarz-Pick inequalities for pluriharmonic functions defined in the Minkowski space. Finally, we use the obtained Schwarz-Pick type inequalities to discuss the Lipschitz continuity, the Schwarz-Pick type lemmas of arbitrary order and the Bohr phenomenon of harmonic or pluriharmonic functions. In this paper, we study the unconditional convergence and error estimates of a two-grid finite element method for the semilinear parabolic integro-differential equations. By using a temporal-spatial error splitting technique, optimal
$$L^p$$

error estimates of the finite element method can be obtained. Moreover, to deal with the semilinearity of the model, we use the two-grid method. Optimal error estimates in
$$L^2$$
and
$$H^1$$
-norms of two-grid solution are derived without any time-step size conditions. Finally, some numerical results are provided to confirm the theoretical analysis, and show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Due to its high resolution for discontinuities and high efficiency, the HLLEM scheme is a popular numerical method to calculate the conservative hyperbolic systems. When capturing multidimensional strong shock waves, however, it will encounter different forms of numerical oscillations, such as the odd-even decoupling and carbuncle phenomenon, which is a great hindrance to its application in hypersonic flow problems. In this paper the numerical shock instability of the HLLEM scheme is investigated from a mathematical perspective and a corresponding cure is proposed. A special linearized small perturbation analysis shows that perturbations evolved in the streamwise direction will be attenuated while the density and shear velocity perturbations evolved in the transverse direction will not be attenuated and thus induce the occurrence of instability. In order to suppress the numerical oscillation in capturing strong shock waves, a function based on the pressure ratio at the cell interface is defined to control the dissipation of the HLLEM flux. And a BVD (boundary variation diminishing) algorithm is implemented to pick the smallest density jump from all combinations among reconstructed density values to reduce the numerical dissipation, thus the contact resolving capability of the HLLEM scheme is further improved. The higher resolution for contact discontinuities and better stability for shock waves brought by the current strategies are demonstrated through solving a series of one- and two-dimensional benchmark test problems. As Rn-222 decays, an alpha particle is emitted and the residual polonium nucleus recoils in the opposite direction. At the end of the recoil path, 88% of the polonium atoms have a positive charge and 12% are neutral. The electric potential distribution in the 60 ml hemispherical internal cell of the radon monitor based on electrostatic collection is studied for reducing the combined probability of the positively charged Po-218 and the OH− produced by the ionization of water vapour in the air. The COMSOL software is used to simulate the electric potential distribution in the internal cell of the radon monitor based on the electrostatic collection method at 27°C, a pressure of 0.1 Mpa. For improving the collection efficiency of Po-218 ions, the average collection time along vertical and oblique lines is calculated when the upper surface of the internal cell is plastic, uncharged metal and charged metal, respectively. Assuming that the gas in the internal cell is uniformly distributed, the results show that if the upper surface of the hemispherical internal cell is plastic or uncharged metal, the electric potential formed in the internal cell is more uniform, and it is beneficial to reduce the total collection time of the positively charged Po-218 ions, thereby improving collection efficiency. The simulation results can be used as an effective reference for optimizing the design of the internal cell structure of the radon monitor based on electrostatic collection method.

In this paper, we consider gradient estimates for positive solutions to the following equation Delta vu + au(p) log u = 0 on complete noncompact Riemannian manifold with k-dimensional Bakry- mery Ricci curvature bounded from below. Using the Bochner formula and the Cauchy inequality, we obtain upper bounds of vertical bar del u vertical bar with respect to the lower bound of the Bakry- mery Ricci curvature.

Background: Few studies have investigated associations between meeting 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and preschool children's fundamental movement skills (FMS). This study aimed to investigate the associations between Chinese preschoolers meeting various combinations of the Guidelines and FMS, as well as examining gender differences across those outcomes. Methods: A total of 322 preschool children (181 boys and 141 girls) aged 3-6 years old were recruited from five early-childhood education and care services in China. Children's 7-day physical activity (PA) was assessed using accelerometry, and screen time (ST) and sleep duration were reported by their parents. FMS were assessed by Test of Gross Motor Development 3. Descriptive statistics and gender differences in children's meeting the Guidelines and FMS were calculated using t-tests for continuous variables and Chi-square tests for categorical variables. Results: Most preschoolers met the sleep and ST guidelines, but only 22.3% met the PA guidelines; 4% of preschoolers did not meet any of the recommendations, while 9.3% met all three recommendations. Boys reported significantly higher compliance with all combined recommendations. There were positive associations between meeting the PA guidelines and both locomotor (beta = 0.49; p < 0.001) and object control skills (beta = 0.21; p < 0.001). A significantly positive relationship was identified between meeting PA + sleep guidelines and locomotor skills (beta = -0.16; p = 0.02). A significantly negative association was observed between preschoolers' meeting sleep + ST guidelines and locomotor skills (beta = 0.31; p = 0.001). Conclusion: Few preschoolers met all three movement behavior guidelines. The findings suggest that PA levels, especially MVPA, are important for the promotion of FMS. Meanwhile, the impacts of ST and sleep on motor development cannot be neglected.

In this article, we study a complete convergence theorem for weighted sums in sublinear expectations space. We establish a complete convergence theorem for weighted sums under the optimal moment conditions in sub-linear expectations space. Our result extends and improves the corresponding result of Cai (Metrika, 68:323-331, 2008) in some extent.

In this article, by combining appropriate refined Bohr's inequalities with some techniques concerning bounded analytic functions defined in the unit disk, we generalize and improve several Bohr-type inequalities for such functions. (C) 2021 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
