摘要:
基于作者的《化工基础》教学实践,采用案例教学法处理化工生产过程存在的实际问题,培养学生的实践能力和创新意识,可有效提高教学质量。本篇以《化工基础》的流体流动单元操作为例,分析了案例设计、案例实施和教学效果反馈三个阶段,详细阐述了案例教学的应用过程。实践证明,案例教学可有效提高教学效果,有利于培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

摘要:
Fluorescent molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) have attracted increasing attentions in recent years due to their high selectivity and sensitivity for target molecules. In this study, two cholic acid imprinted fluorescent polymers, i.e., MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>, were prepared using 4-dimethylamino-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>1</inf>) and 4-piperazinyl-N-allylnaphthalimide (F<inf>2</inf>) as the fluorescent functional monomers, respectively. The fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>1</inf>decreased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 1.50-120.0 μM, while the fluorescence intensity of MIP<inf>2</inf>increased linearly with the increase of the template concentration in the range of 0.40-110.0 μM. The detection limits of MIP<inf>1</inf>and MIP<inf>2</inf>for cholic acid were 0.42 and 0.083 μM, respectively. The mechanisms of the fluorescence responsive of the imprinted polymers were discussed. The results of fluorescence measurement and binding experiments demonstrated that both imprinted polymers have high recognition abilities and binding affinities for the template. The imprinted polymers have been successfully applied to the determination of cholic acid in human serums. The present study indicated that 1,8-naphthalimide can be used as a modular building block for design and construction of various fluorogenic molecularly imprinted materials for practical sensing and separation. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. 本发明公开了一种用于叶酸定量检测的化学修饰电极以及电化学传感器的制备方法。该方法包括:S11.取多壁碳纳米管,加入浓硝酸和浓硫酸后超声,得悬浊液;S12.在上述的悬浊液中加乙醇,离心分离;然后加水离心分离至滤液pH值为6~8后,将沉淀物烘干得到羧基化的多壁碳纳米管;S13.取羧基化的多壁碳纳米管,加入水超声分散均匀,然后加入葡萄糖形成溶液A;S14.取硝酸银于水中搅拌溶解,随后逐滴加入浓NH<sub>3</sub>·H<sub>2</sub>O形成溶液B;S15.将溶液B加入溶液A中搅拌、陈化,经离心和洗涤后,于烘箱中干燥后得Ag/MWCNTs复合材料;S16.取Ag/MWCNTs复合材料在有机溶剂中分散得分散液;将分散液涂覆并固定在洗净的玻碳电极表面,即得所述的电极。由该方法制备得到的化学修饰电极检出限低,选择性好。

摘要:
This paper reports a new strategy for preparation of 2D molecularly imprinted materials (MIM) through the exploitation of thiol-ene click chemistry. 2D MIM for cholesterol was prepared using cholesterol as the template, acrolyl-modified β-cyclodextrin (acrolyl-β-CD) as the functional monomer, and thiol-modified SBA-15 (thiol-SBA-15) as the supporter. In this method, acrolyl-β-CD molecules were assembled around the templates by formation of template–monomer inclusion compounds. Then the acrolyl-β-CD molecules were anchored to the walls of the mesopores of SBA-15 via the thiol-ene click chemistry. After removal of the template molecules, the resulting recognition sites were formed in the mesopores of SBA-15. TEM, XRD, and N<inf>2</inf>adsorption–desorption analysis results demonstrated that the synthesized MIM had a highly ordered mesoporous structure. Results from FT-IR revealed that acrolyl-β-CDs have been successfully conjugated to SBA-15. The density of β-CDs attached on the MIM is determined by EA and TGA. The equilibrium binding amounts of MIM and non-imprinted materials (NIM) for cholesterol are 53.50 and 25.24 μmol/g, respectively. The 2D MIM exhibited binding affinity and specificity for a group of analytes which have similar size and shape to those of template. The application of the prepared materials as stationary phases in thin layer chromatography was investigated preliminarily. The imprinted materials had higher retention ability for the template than the NIM. The retention factors (R<inf>f</inf>) of cholesterol on MIM and NIM are 0.62 and 0.81, respectively. The solid phase extraction of cholesterol using MIM as the adsorbent was further investigated. The recoveries of the molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction column for cholesterol were 77.1–94.7 % with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 2.25–6.78 %. ©2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

本发明涉及材料制备和电化学分析技术领域,具体公开了一种MnO<sub>2</sub>/石墨烯纳米复合材料及其制备得到的电极。所述的材料的制备方法包含如下步骤:S11.将介孔碳与KMnO<sub>4</sub>混合,加入去离子水搅拌8~24h,得悬浮液;S12.向悬浮液中加入浓硫酸,继续搅拌0.5~3h,得混合物;S13.将混合物加热至70~90℃,维持恒温0.5~3h,得反应液;S14.将反应液用去离子水稀释3~8倍,冷却至室温,产生沉淀;S15.将产生的沉淀用孔径为0.20~0.5mm的滤膜收集,洗涤、干燥即得所述的MnO<sub>2</sub>/石墨烯纳米复合材料。利用该材料制备得到的电极可以用于定量检测饮料、食品或药品中的咖啡酸含量,且具有检出限低、灵敏度高、稳定性好和抗干扰性强等优点。

摘要:
氧化双(三正丁基锡)与3-羟基吡啶-2-甲酸反应,合成三丁基锡3-羟基吡啶-2-甲酸酯化合物,经 X-射线衍射确定了化合物的晶体结构,化合物为三斜晶系,P1-空间群,晶胞数据:a =1.05469(19)nm,b =1.08355(19)nm,c =1.9110(3)nm,β=100.547(7)°。分子结构的中心锡与配基原子形成五配位变形三角双锥,羧基氧原子与 Sn原子相互桥联,构成一维链状超分子结构,两相邻链之间,通过吡啶上的3-位羟基氧、4位吡啶氢原子交叉形成氢键作用构成二维网状结构。Sn2-C单键旋转在一定范围受阻,Sn2-C单键旋转的起始(α=0)构象处于低能状态,表明化合物的二维网层状为稳定结构。并在 HF/Lanl2dz 水平对化合物的前沿轨道组成、稳定性和原子电荷布居进行讨论。

芳烃 ArCOR [R:H (1),Me (2),OH (3),OMe (4)]的构象分析表明,苯甲醛的羰基与苯环共平面、乙酰苯的羰基与苯环平面成90°、苯甲酸和苯甲酸甲酯的羰基与苯环平面分别成15°时,原子(基团)的空间作用能最低成优势构象,间位具有较高电荷密度,在亲电取代反应中-COR为间位定位基。

摘要:
用柠檬酸钠还原法合成了纳米金(AuNPs),制备了纳米金修饰碳糊电极(AuNPs/CPE),并研究了香兰素在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,釆用循环伏安法和差分脉冲法进行分析,建立了一种测定香兰素的新方法.结果表明,在pH=3.50的PBS缓冲溶液中,从0.2 V~1.0 V范围内以100 mV/s的扫描速率扫描,于770 mV (vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的氧化峰,其峰电流与香兰素的浓度在1×10-9~5×10-8,5×10-8~2×10-6和2×10-6~5×10-5内均呈现良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为5.4×10-10 mol·L-1.该修饰电极制备简便,测定香兰素快速、灵敏、选择性高.应用此法分析了巧克力中香兰素的含量,结果满意.

以2,4 -二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4 -D)为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,Fe_3O_4为磁性载体,采用乳液聚合方法制备了相应的磁性分子印迹聚合物(Mag-MIPs)。采用透射电镜(TEM)、热重分析(TG)等对Mag-MIPs进行了一系列表征。吸附实验表明该磁性印迹聚合物对2,4 -D的吸附能力明显强于非印迹聚合物。采用Mag-MIPs为固相萃取材料,结合高效液相色谱分析,对质量浓度约为50 μg·L~(-1)模拟水样中的2,4 -D进行了分析检测,样品回收率范围为91.7% ~110.4%,相对平均偏差为7.38%(n =3)。

本发明提供了一种含氨基抗生素纳米分子印迹聚合物及其制备方法与应用,通过在固相载体玻璃珠上引入抗生素,得到含氨基的抗生素衍生的玻璃珠;然后将该玻璃珠与功能单体、交联剂和热引发剂过二硫酸铵室温下反应,反应混合物倒入至固相萃取管中,用冷水洗涤玻璃珠,除去未参与反应的功能单体和交联剂后,用热水淋洗,得到分子印迹聚合物;冷却至室温,用微孔超离心过滤分离得到含氨基抗生素纳米分子印迹聚合物溶液。本发明含氨基抗生素纳米分子印迹聚合物可用于微量含氨基抗生素方面的应用,尤其可用于食品、地表水中含氨基抗生素的检测。本发明简单快速、检测特异性高,检出限低。

摘要:
In this work, a simple and facile protocol for the synthesis of a cobalt-ferrite magnetic nanoparticle-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite (CoFe2O4/RGO) was achieved using an in situ chemical co-precipitation method. The characteristics of the synthesized nanocomposite were carefully investigated by scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and electrochemical technologies, respectively. The results reveal that the abundant CoFe2O4 nanoparticles are successfully formed with particle sizes in the range of 460-510 nm and uniformly anchored on the RGO nanosheets. Due to the imbedding of CoFe2O4 nanoparticles, the nanocomposite exhibits a larger surface area and superior electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of levodopa, which could be used as an efficient electrocatalyst for levodopa sensing. The parameters that influence the sensing property were investigated in detailed. Under the optimum conditions, the oxidation peak currents obtained by differential pulse voltammetry and chronoamperometry show linear responses for levodopa concentrations in the ranges of 0.02-45 μM and 10-420 μM respectively, and a low detection limit of 12 nM is achieved. Compared with those of the existing analogues reported for levodopa detection, the CoFe2O4/RGO-based sensor demonstrates outstanding properties such as high sensitivity, low detection limit and wide linear dynamic range. Finally, the practical analytical application of the developed sensor was assessed by the determination of levodopa in commercially available tablets and urine samples, and satisfactory recoveries were obtained in the range of 97.8-103.2%. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2015.

摘要:
The graphene-polyvinylpyrrolidone composite film modified acetylene black paste electrode (GR-PVP/ABPE) was fabricated and used to determine vanillin. In 0.1 M H3PO4 solution, the oxidation peak current of vanillin increased significantly at GR-PVP/ABPE compared with bare ABPE, PVP/ABPE and GR/ABPE. The oxidation mechanism was discussed. The experimental conditions that exert influence on the voltammetric determination of vanillin, such as supporting electrolytes, pH values, accumulation potential and accumulation time, were optimized. Besides, the interference, repeatability, reproducibility and stability measurements were also evaluated. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the oxidation peak current was proportional to vanillin concentration in the range of 0.02-2.0 μM, 2.0-40 μM and 40-100 μM. The detection limit was 10 nM. This sensor was used successfully for vanillin determination in various food samples. ©2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

摘要:
当苯环上已有二元或多元取代时,进一步取代要综合考虑取代基的定位效应。在甲基苯胺,由于氨基氮的电负性原因,似乎氨基的诱导效应拉电子钝化苯环,但由于氮的孤对电子和基团的作用使苯环电荷重新分布,结果氨基的邻、对位具有较大电荷密度而稳定并比间位有更快的亲电取代反应,活性基团控制选择性亲电取代反应位置。因此,亲电取代反应将在氨基的邻、对位进行。在邻甲苯胺,基团的空间效应影响苯环的电荷分布,其亲电取代反应可能在4,5和6-位为主。为芳烃亲电取代反应的定位效应教学提供参考。

本发明提供了一种喹诺酮纳米分子印迹聚合物及其制备方法与应用,通过在固相载体玻璃珠上引入喹诺酮抗生素,得到喹诺酮抗生素衍生的玻璃珠;然后将该玻璃珠与功能单体、交联剂和光引发剂偶氮二异丁氰紫外照射反应,反应混合物倒入至固相萃取管中,用冷乙腈洗涤玻璃珠,除去未参与反应的功能单体和交联剂后,用热乙腈淋洗,得到分子印迹聚合物;冷却至室温,用微孔超离心过滤分离得到纳米分子印迹聚合物溶液。本发明纳米分子印迹聚合物可用于微量喹诺酮抗生素方面的应用,尤其可用于食品、地表水中喹诺酮抗生素的检测。本发明简单快速、检测特异性高,检出限低。

摘要:
Herein, a novel electrochemical sensor based on an acetylene black paste electrode modified with molecularly imprinted chitosan-graphene composite film for sensitive and selective detection of bisphenol A (BPA) has been developed. Several important parameters controlling the performance of the sensor were investigated and optimised. The imprinted sensor offers a fast response and sensitive BPA quantification. Under the optimal conditions, a linear range from 8.0 nM to 1.0 μM and 1.0 to 20 μM for the detection of BPA was observed with the detection limit of 6.0 nM (S/N = 3). Meanwhile, the fabricated sensor showed excellent specific recognition to template molecule among the structural similarities and coexistence substances. Furthermore, this imprinted electrochemical sensor was successfully employed to detect BPA in plastic bottled drinking water and canned beverages. © 2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Mono-modified beta-cyclodextrins ligands, L-1 (6-mono-(N-aminoethyl)amino-beta-cyclodextrin) and L-2 (6-mono-(N-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylamino)-beta-cyclodextrin), and their platinum(II) complexes, 1 ([Pt(L-1)Cl-2]center dot 8H(2)O) and 2 ([Pt(L-2)Cl-2]center dot 4H(2)O), were successfully synthesized. As revealed by UV-Vis and CD spectroscopic studies, both complexes mainly adopt a non-intercalative mode with DNA. The interaction between platinum complex 1 and DNA was obviously observed in agarose Gel Electrophoresis. Meanwhile, two ligands L-1, L-2 and platinum complex 2 have no obvious interaction with DNA. The difference interaction between complexes 1, 2 and DNA should be ascribed to their different structures.

Boronic acid affinity gels are important for effective separation of biological active cis-diols, and are finding applications both in biotech industry and in biomedical research areas. To increase the efficacy of boronate affinity separation, it is interesting to introduce repeating boronic acid units in flexible polymer chains attached on solid materials. In this work, we synthesize polymer brushes containing boronic acid repeating units on silica gels using surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). A fluorescent boronic acid monomer is first prepared from an azide-tagged fluorogenic boronic acid and an alkyne-containing acrylate by Cu(I)-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction (the CuAAC click chemistry). The boronic acid monomer is then grafted to the surface of silica gel modified with an ATRP initiator. The obtained composite material contains boronic acid polymer brushes on surface and shows favorable saccharide binding capability under physiological pH conditions, and displays interesting fluorescence intensity change upon binding fructose and glucose. In addition to saccharide binding, the flexible polymer brushes on silica also enable fast separation of a model glycoprotein based on selective boronate affinity interaction. The synthetic approach and the composite functional material developed in this work should open new opportunities for high efficiency detection, separation, and analysis of not only simple saccharides, but also glycopeptides and large glycoproteins. © 2014 American Chemical Society.
