摘要:
The principles of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) product character segmentation and its technology could be described as following: SMT product character image is obtained by image sampling equipment and its ideal binary images is got after image processing. In order to segment the SMT product character effectively, a novel character segmentation algorithm is proposed based on contour feature. Three kinds of information are extracted, one is the up contour feature, another is the under contour feature, the third is the width and the height of the image. Then the position of character segmentation is determined according to the width and height of single character, and character segmentation can be accomplish according to its up contour feature and under contour feature. By analyzing the test result, the proposed approach has excellent properties in character segmentation.

摘要:
Hardware tasks scheduling is the effect of reconfigurable system performance of important factor. This paper presents a VLSCA algorithm which considers the placement according to the vertex position of hardware task and the adjacent units numbers of temporal dimension. At the same time, this algorithm introduces the compactness of task in three-space as an important index of choosing reasonable placement, which make the task more compacter, reduce the waste of system resources and promote management efficiency. Simulation results show that, with other existent scheduling algorithms, this algorithm has higher chip utilization and task accept ratio.

摘要:
To solve the incremental updating of association rule, this paper proposes an effective and simple updating algorithm based on list. This paper analyses this algorithm and compares with the Apriori algorithm and the FUP algorithm. This algorithm makes full use of the previous mining information and the efficiency of the insert and delete of the list. The algorithm scans the original and the updated database only once and achieves new association rules. This paper proved that the mining time and the result integrity of this algorithm are better than the traditional association rules by experiment.

摘要:
Aim to build a good service environment in public technical network and create a opportunity for middle-small enterprise developing and growing, a technology service information system (MSETSIS) is designed, according to the characteristics and requirements of middle-small enterprise. Main content, modules and performance of MSETSIS are systematic exposited; middle-small enterprise technology service information system includes four service functions, and they are divided into 19 sub modules, and the main modules are introduced in detailed. In order to improve the efficiency in selecting and optimizing manufacturing resources, genetic algorithm is used in MSETSIS. The design method has been successfully applied to the practical system, and proved the feasibility of the design.
